Since 1990 and for 8 years I worked as quality manager for the Tolsa group and collaborated with Andersen Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since 1998 I have held different positions at Soluziona.

From 2004 to 2012 I have been Managing Partner in Galgano Spain. Responsible for the Firm in Spain.

Subsequently, I was Director of the Supply Chain and Operations practice at EY, Operations Director at Delpozo and Partner at Improven.

Currently and from my own consulting firm, I provide professional services with a team of sectorial and methodological experts. We work with management teams to improve the management and competitiveness of their companies and help to align efforts and resources on what has the greatest impact on results.

We develop projects to generate organizational policies to achieve excellent performance levels, guide improvement, manage processes (seeking value generation) and improving the efficiency of operations and helping organizations to obtain the best results.

We promote the management of daily activities at all levels, creating the conditions for people to develop their skills and become systematically involved in improvement.

We have developed numerous projects for the improvement of productivity and efficiency in Industry, Services and the Public Sector, in particular, I have implemented the first Spanish experiences of application of the Lean methodology in Public Administration and Health.
